"I’ve been with StateFarm for 39 years. It is the ONLY Auto insurance I have ever had. I personally have no tickets and no accidents however 2 other people in my household have had one car totaled and a RV fire. As a result apparently Statefarm looks at it as the whole household. My policy has been randomly canceled. Now there’s some loyalty for ya huh? I did nothing!!!! NOTHING yet because other members in my household had claims MY policy gets canceled. 39 years wow really? No wonder they got downgraded they have no good business sense. That is just a dumb way to loose revenue not gain. Unbelievable. And Gigi doesn’t care she is insensitive to clients regardless. She said “hey this is how I pay my bills” wow so just cancel people who have done NOTHING WRONG ya that’s fantastic for gaining revenue and building a brokerage. Good Job Gigi!! You should be proud for canceling a 39 year loyal customer who ended up going elsewhere getting the same coverage for cheaper. So glad you have no idea how to maintain revenue and build a solid business. Bravo to ya! Let’s also not forget you brought up a claim my husband had. And I had to remind you he has been dead for 8 years. Yep good job! Your response of trying to point out they are my family members is ridiculous. The bottom line is MY policy was canceled for something others did family or not. I did NOT deserve that kind of treatment after 39 years of loyalty. You as an agent should have done something. I’ve spoken to a couple other agents and it appears you’re just not really sure how to get things done for your clients."

"2024 I have never been so confused about my insurance company and my coverage. Very confused about what happened here. Eventually it got straightened out but it was quite the experience and not very pleasant one. However they did help walk me through the piles of paperwork that I received and received and received. Hopefully next time I can give 5 stars again. But this time I am backing down the star, should be less, but in the end it was corrected. As for needing the new roof, I'll never know, but either way it cost me a roof and higher premiums for my home and vehicles. I'm not recommending any insurance companies, because I feel that they are the biggest scams. But they make us feel that we need them. ¿¿ 2021 We were shopping for homeowners insurance. Brandon was very helpful and recommended bundling to make it the prices more affordable to meet our needs. Also had some inspections done to help us save more. He recommended the nicest people to compete the inspection. So now we have home and cars insurance. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Brandon. Gigi, Brandon is an asset to your business."

"One star for state farm itself, not blaming the agent. They are only doing what the computer tells them. I can’t get homeowners ins because I don’t owe anybody nothing, I’m indelible. My home is paid off, no car payments, no loans, no credit cards but the system says I’m not good enough to be part of the State Farm family’. Also they do not do monthly payments. Have to pay in full every 6 months. I really didn’t have a problem with that since I do that with progressive anyways. Still I’m not good enough. Welcome to slavelandia people."

"CJ was giving me a quote. I moved back from Virginia. His quote was over $1,000 for state minimum for 6 months. Called progressive and got full coverage for $500 for 6 months. I'm a veteran on disability. Which one do you think I will choose?"

"I was a walk in to this business- I was out checking rates with various insurance companies. "Been with them for a few years and very happy. All are knowledgeable,polite and very patient. Dealt with Amy, CJ, Brandon and Ms.Hunter. "Agent was very helpful initially which is why I went with them even though not the cheapest. After almost 6 months they still have not got my bill right and keep over charging me. They can't even tell me for sure when I'll get the money they owe me and just expect me to keep paying hundreds extra for each bill. Then my discounts that they said were all set weren't. They want me to jump through more hoops every month, some of which take hours to do and then come up with something new every month on why my bill and discounts can't be right. Stay away from State Farm. Go with a company that will honor the price they gave you and get your plan set the same day instead of taking months."
